Email invoices

Invoices are sent as email attachments. One invoice per file, which contains all pages of the invoice. Multiple invoices can be sent in one email message. Each file must have its own name. One email can be a maximum of 10MB. PDF files must be genuine PDF documents, version 1.3 or newer. PDF files must not be locked, or password protected. The document’s dimensions can be a maximum of 210 x 297 mm. The attachment name should only contain regular characters: a-z, A-Z, 0-9.
